Honest experience on my Mongolian Boots order
I had a bad experience ordering a pair of Cleo Mongolian boots. Actually, the quality and design of the products were fine, but I received the wrong size. I ordered a size EU38, but the boots were a size EU37. I couldn't use them, so I tried to return them. The bad thing is that customer service was slow to reply to my request. I almost ran out of time before the return period ended. Luckily, they replied to my email on the last day and solved the issue.
